So it looks as though Capcom has confirmed that they will be releasing Super Street Fighter IV for the Playstation 3 and XBox 360. There looks to be 8 new characters to choose from and so far 3 have been confirmed (DeeJay, T. Hawk and a new character named Juri - a Tae Kwan Do fighter). The game looks to include bonus stages and will have tweaks based on the Street Fighter community feedback.

The game will be available on disc (not as downloadable content) and will not require the original SFIV disc to play (although apparently those with the original game will be treated with bonus content). Gamers should expect the release in Spring 2010…until then, we’ll wait for more news as it comes.
