I gotta say that Capcom has really been on a role as of late with the releases of Street Fighter IV and Resident Evil 5 and now the recent announcement of Marvel vs Capcom 2 remake for the PS3 and XBox 360. For me, it seems as though the Nintendo Wii has been neglected by Capcom since there hasn’t been any new titles by the developer for some time. Perhaps with the coming release of Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, gamers will dust off their Wiis and get an opportunity to play what looks to be a good looking horror shooter. Though the hardware specs on the Wii aren’t as great as the PS3 or XBox 360, it definitely boasts pretty sweet graphics as evidenced by the above video.

I’m hoping that the game will at least be multiplayer, but it doesn’t seem likely as it looks as though the player has no control over the movement (the game is definitely on rails and set on a certain path). Actually, I’m looking forward to the release of the Wii Motion Plus attachment and more accurate control during gameplay (1:1 for the win!) =)
