There definitely seems to be an influx of apps coming out for the Apple iPhone/iPod Touch and they are making full use of the accelerometer function of the unit. Case in point is the game above which utilizes tilting action to steer but to also accelerate and slowdown the vehicle. I can definitely see more games coming out in the future which will fully use the unique capabilities of the iPhone. Perhaps we’ll even see ports of more popular game franchises on the iPhone?
