I gotta say that although the first season of Heroes got me hooked on the show, the second season definitely felt rushed and wasn’t in the same caliber as what made the show great. Compounded by the fact that the Screen Writers Guild went on strike, Heroes was going through a downturn. However, recently at the San Diego Comic Convention, there was a panel session with the cast and director and afterwards followed an advanced screening of the first half of the 2-hour third season premiere!

Many sites and blogs around the net have been writing spoilers regarding the preview, but I can’t seem to locate any actual video footage. Wow…after reading the synopses, it’s apparent that the writers’ are trying to make-up for a lackluster second season and hopefully Heroes can get back to it’s original form. Though some of the plot points are interesting, I’m still rather skeptical about if Tim Kring can actually execute it. Well, I guess Heroes fans have to wait till September 22nd to watch it…September can’t come soon enough!
