Well, this coming Friday, the Apple iPhone 3G will finally be available in stores across the world and a lot of people are definitely waiting in anticipation. Though here in Canada, the impending release seems to be bittersweet due to the expensive voice/data plans set by Rogers Wireless (btw there is actually a petition on the Internet about this.). Nonetheless, there is definitely a lot of excitement for Apple’s newest gadget and in order to fuel the hype, a couple of people on the net seemed to have obtained the iPhone 3G early and have posted photos on the net.

I was definitely thinking about upgrading to an iPhone 3G, but until Rogers Wireless can make their data and voice plan affordable, I guess I’ll stick to the first gen iPhone.
