First off, I wanted to say “Happy New Year!” and welcome to the year 2008. I want to first welcome you to DigitalLostBoys.com, the blog for ALL ages! I recently was surfing through different sites and found a neat site called www.justsayhi.com. On that site, they have a neat online tool which rates your blog like they do for movies. The tool rates your blog in any of the four categories:

G - General Audience
PG - Parental Guidance
PG - 13 - Parental Guidance over the age of 13
R - Restricted

The site was rated “G” since the tool could only find the objectionable word “murder” in only one instance on the blog. I guess the tool only checks for objectionable words like profanity. I believe that there still needs to be more sophistication in the software in order to detect other mature content (like images or audio). It would probably be possible to circumvent the detection tool by showing offensive, material and not utilizing any “foul” language. Though this blog is rated “G”, I honestly wouldn’t take these ratings too seriously due to so many glaring issues when it comes to create said ratings. I would take it with a grain of salt and use it for entertainment purposes only.
